About the Role

Servaada is looking for an experienced Planning & Dependency Lead to join our Central Change Office.

You will provide an organisation-wide view of plans, milestones, risks and dependencies across major change programmes.

What You Will Do

• Lead integrated planning across programmes and portfolios.
• Identify and manage key dependencies, risks and conflicts.
• Maintain visibility of milestones, regulatory deadlines and client commitments.
• Support complex change initiatives including migrations and transitions.
• Provide planning insight and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in planning standards and tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong planning and dependency management experience.
• Background in financial services change and transformation.
• Expertise in schedule management, critical path analysis and scenario planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using planning and portfolio management tools.

Desirable Experience

• Outsourcing or consulting experience.
• Multi-client programme exposure.
• Relevant project, programme or portfolio qualification.
