Acts as the internal system consultant for a wide variety of business opportunities. Gathers and analyzes data, develops analytical models for comparing scenarios, conducts market research, and prepares and presents information to senior level executives so that they can make informed decisions.
Essential Functions

Coordinates feasibility studies/business plans for new programs or services.Analysis may include interviewing content experts, researching best practice models, assessing market implications, projecting volumes, revenues and expenses, and preparing a comprehensive written analysis for senior leadership review.
Gathers and analyzes large amounts of data, compiling findings into reports or presentations for administrative review.
Serves as an internal planning consultant/liaison to various service line leaders, including administrators, Department Chairs/Medical Directors, and other executives.
Maintains positive communications with staff and manages the compliance process by gathering documentation from a variety of sources, preparing the required documents, and tracking progress regularly.
Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape and makes recommendations for action when changes/issues affect Prisma Health.
Acts as a facilitation resource for leadership meetings, Board retreats or other executive-level strategy sessions, as needed.

Supervisory/Management Responsibility
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in B usiness, Finance, Health Administration, or related field of study.
Experience - Five (5) years of e xperience in health care management / administration, planning / finance
In Lieu Of
In lieu of the education and experience noted above, a Master's degree (MHA/MBA, or related field of study) and three (3) years of related experience may be considered.
