- Validate new item setups and perform routine data audits to ensure information is complete, accurate, and consistent across systems.
- Reconcile data discrepancies and partner with Merchandising, Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing, IT, and other teams to resolve issues affecting product, inventory, forecast, and purchasing records.
- Participate in monthly forecast meetings; document merchandising feedback, lifecycle updates, forecast assumptions, and planning decisions; and complete approved system updates.
- Support purchase-order placement and maintenance, including lead-time management and supplier-capacity monitoring through Power BI dashboards.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that support forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier-capacity decisions.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to identify trends, exceptions, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into clear business insights.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for Jesta S&D enhancements and other system-related projects, documenting test results and identified issues.
- Follow established data-governance procedures, maintain process documentation, complete system updates within required deadlines, and recommend practical improvements to data and reporting processes.
Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Zero to two years of relevant experience in planning, inventory management, supply chain, merchandising analytics, master data, or a related analyst role; relevant internship or co-op experience is welcome.

- Experience with or exposure to Power BI or another business-intelligence and visualization tool preferred.
- Ability to learn and work effectively in ERP, PIM, demand-planning, and purchasing systems; experience with Jesta S&D is a plus.
