As part of our growing and new Workforce Management function, we’re looking for a Planning Administrator who can bring structure, insight, and organisation to how we plan ahead. This role is all about thinking forward, making sure we’re prepared, resourced, and ready to deliver exceptional service.

As one of our new Planning Administrators, you’ll support how we plan for the future—helping to build accurate, long-term workforce plans that keep our operations running smoothly.
Using data, systems, and excellent organisation, you’ll help ensure we’re not just reacting to demand but proactively preparing for it. Your work will play a key role in reducing disruption, improving efficiency, and enabling consistent, high-quality delivery across the business, putting our people at the heart of everything, always, whistle maximising on service excellence for our clients as a result!
