Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper recordkeeping of packaging material / spare parts, tools, and other inventory, returnable packaging, account handling and packaging supply (customer, supplier, and internal).
  • Keep track of inventory materials and parts regularly.
  • Identify future demand and order needed amount from suppliers based on forecast models and historical data analysis.
  • Organize packaging by implementing established methods to prevent damage, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with shipping providers to dispatch products in line with the packaging standards.
  • Follow up onpurchase orders to ensure timely delivery, monitor order status, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Work with Logistics team and set priorities for loading and unloading materials.
  • Support with loading and unload trucks via equipment (forklift) hand jack .

Your Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field or 5 plus years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience with SAP software.
