
The Operations Planner plays a key role in supporting daily operations across the facility, with a focus on janitorial services, Bilge Plant, Hazmat Facility, Maintenance painters, Maintenance Carpenters, and Construction Mechanics who help keep our facility and organization running safely and efficiently.
This position works closely with directors, managers, supervisors, planners, and frontline crews to track performance, analyze work processes, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and compliance.
The Planner is responsible for collecting and reviewing daily information, preparing reports, and helping translate field activities into actionable insights that support scheduling, staffing, material coordination, and preventative maintenance efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in an commercial/business environment, and able to communicate effectively with both management and skilled trades to support continuous improvement across the facility.
