Prime Objective:
Responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed within contract deadline and within the budget and in line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: (as follows but not limited to)
Weekly meeting with the team to discuss the progress and verify if any issues that may arise during the project life cycle.
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports to define backlog activities, critical activities and look ahead activities.
Monitoring manpower histogram, equipment histogram, KPI’s , S curve and cash flow.
Prepare extension of time if required to protect company rights and any chance of applying Liquidated damages.
Produce comprehensive construction schedules and updates.
Direct Subordinates
Project Managers.
Operation Director.
Main Liaison
Engineering, Procurement and Installation team.
Client and Consultant planning engineers.
Cost control, contractual and legal team.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
Cost management.
Advance project and resource management (P6).
