Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Integrate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning.
  • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project milestones and critical paths.
  • Review contractor schedules for logic, accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track weekly and monthly progress, flagging delays, risks, and deviations from the baseline schedule.
  • Prepare schedule variance analysis, look-ahead schedules, S‑curves, and productivity reports.
  • Support project leadership by providing data-driven insights for decision‑making.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to gather updates.
  • Communicate schedule impacts and updates clearly to contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support project meetings with updated schedules, progress summaries, and recovery plans if required.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate change requests, variation orders, and their impact on the overall schedule.
  • Maintain contingency planning and monitor critical and near-critical activities.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain all planning-related documentation and ensure alignment with project controls procedures.
  • Support audits and reporting obligations to management and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction, data centers, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred) or Microsoft Project
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and commissioning processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile schedule data with actual site progress.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai language.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Thailand project location.
