Planner

We are looking for a Planner to support production scheduling, material flow, and on-time delivery performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What is your role?

As a Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing customer orders, production capacity, and material availability to support delivery commitments and maintain an effective production schedule. You will work closely with production, suppliers, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and inventory control.

Major responsibilities and tasks

  • Analyze customer orders, production capacity, and material availability to support delivery dates.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support material flow to manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and CSR’s on planning and scheduling matters.
  • Communicate risks related to capacity, material shortages, or schedule changes.
  • Maintain accurate planning data in the system.
  • Participate in production meetings and support urgent customer requirements.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or manufacturing.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
