Are you an organized and proactive Project Planner looking to support project execution in a dynamic manufacturing environment? This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers, engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project planning, coordination, and timely project delivery.
You will play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating project activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project)
• Coordinate project planning activities across engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and communicate schedule risks, opportunities, and status updates to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication between project teams and support functions to ensure on-time project execution
• Coordinate project schedules and communicate schedule changes according to project requirements
• Follow up project deviations and ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Coordinate planning activities to support material availability and project execution
• Monitor project milestones, critical activities, and resource availability
• Maintain project schedules, planning documentation, and related records in relevant systems
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, forecasting, and project reporting activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
• Participate in project meetings and customer discussions when required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience working with project planning and coordination activities
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Project (MS Project) for project planning and schedule management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience with documentation handling and administrative processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Fluent in English
