Are you organised, customer-minded and someone who likes to get things done? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with different people and keeping things moving when priorities change?
Then this could be a great opportunity to start or grow your career with AB InBev
We are looking for someone with drive, ambition and common sense to join our Planning team in London. You don't need years of experience, you could be a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, planning, customer service or operations role. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership.
In this role, you'll play an important part in making sure our customers receive the right support at the right time. You'll work alongside our Planning Manager, engineers, internal teams and external partners, gaining valuable experience in planning, logistics, customer service and operations.
Brewing the world’s most loved beers and building brands consumers love, AB InBev is where ownership, ambition, and action thrive.
We empower you to dream big, lead change, and create a long-lasting legacy.
We value relentless problem-solvers who take accountability, embrace challenges, and turn bold goals into results through resilience and hard work.
That’sWho We Are: Come and OWN IT.
As a Planning & Service Coordinator, you'll help coordinate a high-volume service operation supporting our On Trade customers across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate daily service activities: Help plan and coordinate service calls and installations, making sure work is assigned efficiently and completed within agreed service levels.
Plan and optimise engineer schedules: Use our planning and diagnostic tools to help organise engineer routes and make the best use of available resources.
Keep customers at the centre: Work with internal teams and key customers to make sure service requests and installations are handled efficiently and professionally.
Solve problems: When plans change or unexpected issues arise, you'll use your common sense and problem-solving skills to find practical solutions and keep things moving.
Monitor performance: Keep an eye on outstanding work, service levels and key performance indicators, taking action when something needs attention.
Work with different teams: Collaborate with sales, sales intelligence, engineers, customers and external partners, building strong relationships along the way.
Look for ways to improve: Bring your ideas to the table and help us make our processes simpler, faster and more effective.
Learn and grow: Work closely with the Planning Manager and experienced colleagues, developing your skills in planning, operations, customer service and data analysis.
No two days will be exactly the same. You'll need to be comfortable managing different priorities, thinking on your feet and taking ownership of getting things done.
Driven and ambitious, You want to learn, develop and build a career rather than simply do a job.
Take ownership, When you see something that needs to be done, you take responsibility and follow it through.
Have good common sense, You can assess a situation, make practical decisions and find solutions when things don't go exactly to plan.
Are customer-minded, You care about delivering a great service and understand the importance of keeping customers informed and supported.
Are organised, You can manage different tasks and priorities while keeping track of the details.
Communicate confidently, You enjoy working with different people and can build positive relationships with colleagues, customers and partners.
Are a problem solver, You don't get easily frustrated by challenges. Instead, you look for ways to resolve them.
Are comfortable working with data, You can use information to understand what is happening and make better decisions. Experience with Excel is a plus, and we're happy to support you in developing your skills.
Stay calm under pressure, You can adapt when priorities change and maintain a professional approach.
Are curious and eager to learn, You ask questions, take feedback on board and actively look for ways to improve.
Experience or qualifications in planning, logistics, customer service, operations or a similar field are a plus, but they're not essential. We're particularly interested in people who have the right mindset and are ready to learn.
This is more than an opportunity to join a planning team. It's a chance to build a strong foundation for your career within one of the world's leading brewing companies.
We give our people the opportunity to learn, take on responsibility and grow at the pace of their talent. If you show ambition and commitment, there are opportunities to develop your career within AB InBev.
