About the Role

YETI isseekinga highly analytical and data-driven Plannerto support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and performance across assigned channels and markets. This roleis responsible forensuringthe right product is in the right place at the right time,leveragingdata, insights, and cross-functional inputs to drive channel performance and support continued growth.

You willprovidechannel-specific insights, manage stock positioning, andidentifyopportunities to improve sell-through, stock-turn, and overall commercial outcomes.

This role is highly collaborative, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams to align forecasts, support go-to-market execution, and deliver an elevated customer experience across all channels.

WhatYou’llDo

Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Own the development, maintenance, and submission of monthly demand plans forassignedchannels

  • Partner with key accounts to builddetailed andaccurateforecastsoptimizingsales and inventory

  • Analyze historical sales, market trends, and forward-looking strategies to buildaccurateforecasts

  • Continuouslymonitorand adjust forecasts based on trading performance, campaigns, and external factors

  • Identifyrisks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracy

Inventory & Replenishment Management

  • Partner with global supply teams tovalidatereplenishment plans and maintainoptimalstock levels

  • Support allocation decisions across channels and regions to maximize sales and service levels

  • Actively manage in-season trading byidentifyingand actioning stock risks (overstock/stock-outs)

ChannelPlanning & Performance

  • Ownchannel-level planning, including sell-through, and stock performance

  • Supportin-season and post-season reviews, providing insights and recommendations

  • Support range reviews by delivering data-driven insights to inform product and commercial decisions

  • Contribute to GTM planning andchannelstrategy execution, ensuring alignment to business objectives

Reporting & Insights

  • Create andmaintainreporting that supports data-driven decision making

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and commercial recommendations

  • Leverage global and local data toidentifytrends, opportunities, and performance gaps

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams to ensure alignment

  • Support execution of product launches, campaigns, and key commercial initiatives

  • Build strong relationships to ensure transparency, alignment, andtimelydelivery of outcomes

What You Bring

  • Greater than 5 years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or similar role (retail, FMCG, or multi-channel environment)

  • Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience

  • Advanced Excel capability; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred

  • Exposure to planning systems (e.g., IBP)advantageous

  • Applies functionalexpertiseto execute planning processes with minimal supervision

  • Owns a defined category or scope with clear accountability for results

  • Translates business direction into operational plans and day-to-day execution

  • Contributes insights and recommendations but is not accountable for setting overall strategy

  • Demonstrates strong collaboration and growing influence across teams

  • Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes

  • Proactive inidentifyingopportunities and solving problems

  • Strong communicator who can influence without authority

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment
