About the vacancy

• Scheduling
  orders using the warehouse management system, consultation with the assistant
  planner in accordance with agreements with clients and haulers.
• Issuing process orders to forklift truck drivers and pickers.
• Monitoring the schedule and adjusting to suit requirements if
  necessary.
• Maintaining daily contact with clients and haulers or their
  representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies and problems.
• Identifying anomalies and problems, informing the site
  manager, agreeing on measures to be taken.
• Processing the administrative information relating to the
  logistical activities.

• Broad
  knowledge of the use of the applied planning system
• Continuous improvement knowledge.
• Knowledge of Warehouse
  Management System.
• Knowledge of the logistical process.
• Good Mathematical skills.
• Experienced user of computer and software.
• Drivers license.
