The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to join our Energy & Utilities team. This role will see you take ownership of workforce planning across multiple work groups, supporting the delivery of critical operations for our client.
Working within a collaborative environment with strong client partnership, you will play a key role in planning and scheduling activities for a workforce of approximately 45 to 50 employees across 4 to 5 work groups. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well established contract where responsibilities have recently transitioned back into our business.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Planner who thrives in a dynamic operational environment.
Key requirements include:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP in a planning capacity
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning within an SAP environment
• Strong understanding of work management systems and planning tools
• Experience coordinating planning across multiple teams or work groups
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate schedules
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with both internal teams and clients
• High level of attention to detail and organisational capability
