The Role

As Planner, you are responsible for developing and managing an integrated master schedule for a major terminal expansion project at Maasvlakte II. • Integrate new project scope into an active, multi-contractor execution environment, ensuring alignment across all workstreams

  • Develop and maintain baseline and re-baseline schedules in Primavera P6

  • Perform delay analysis, time impact analysis (TIA), and scenario planning to identify risks and recovery opportunities

  • Review and challenge contractor and supplier schedules to ensure quality, logic, and alignment with overall project objectives

  • Track procurement timelines and long-lead items, ensuring accurate schedule integration and impact visibility

  • Coordinate interfaces across internal teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment and resolving sequencing conflicts

Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.

Leadership expectation: We are looking for people who consistently puts customers first, leads by example with respect for people, delivers results with integrity, and drives continuous improvement by solving problems at the root, developing people, and raising standards every day.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline

  • 7+ years of experience in planning or project controls within large-scale infrastructure or heavy industry projects

  • Proven experience with integrated scheduling, re-baselining, delay analysis, and recovery planning

  • Strong experience in multi-contractor and multi-package project environments with complex dependency management

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong analytical capability in schedule planning and scenario modelling

With your dedication and mindset, you help us become better every single day.
