Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and results-drivenComponent Workshop Plannerto join our team in Wuxi. In this critical role, you will be responsible for production planning, capacity balancing, and project tracking within our component workshop. You will play a key part in ensuring timely delivery, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop overall and detailed production plans based on sales requirements, including production load and capacity balancing.

• Review and track project execution progress to ensure implementation follows the plan.

• Maintain accurate data records in compliance with company SOPs and operating procedures, ensuring process conformity, product quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement.

• Maintain 5S standards within the work area.

• Continuously optimize work processes to gradually reduce product cost and lead time.

• Understand and follow all HSE specifications relevant to the position.

• Perform other tasks assigned by line manager or company.

• Strictly follow company rules, regulations, policies, instructions, and procedures to achieve expected behavior and performance.

• Maintain awareness of local quality management system requirements.

Expectations for you

• Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines.

• Experience:5+ years of working experience in a mechanical processing factory, including at least 1 year in a planning role.

• Technical Skills:

  • Mastery of production capacity calculation and analysis methods.

  • Familiar with production planning and tracking control methods in mechanical machining enterprises.

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical product-related materials.

  • Green Belt certification is essential.

  • Familiar with planning tools such as MS-Project and PWA.

• Language:Able to understand simple English.

• Quality Systems:Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 system requirements.
