The Opportunity
Mosaic is seeking a Planner to work out of our Nanaimo office on Vancouver Island, British Columbia
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Planning, the Planner is responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of land use planning activities and project work plans, including rezonings, subdivisions, development permits, and zoning bylaw amendments. This position plays a key role in supporting Mosaic’s development pipeline, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance projects through regulatory approvals. Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill, relevant experience, and education.
