Responsibilities:
Obtain and clarify details of work package with Plant Engineer.
Perform site survey to understand the context and job site specific challenges
Select the right work method, create task list including required resources and duration, and define relationship/logic for operations.
Define operations’ start date based on equipment conditions, latest finish dates and operational requirements (pre-scheduling window)
Development standard maintenance plans and standard task list.
Perform Material Take Off (MTO) and reserve material in SAP.
Issue Purchase Requests (PR) for Services Contractors
Clarify the detail of work package to contractors
Create work permits in time and comply with all requirements, standards, guidelines, laws.
Qualifications:
High vocational degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar educational level.
At least 5 years of experience in the chemical sector, ideally also as Planner, Plant Engineer, Production Expert, Shift Supervisor.
Ability to work interdependently, and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong Analytical Skills
