Job Responsibilities:

REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO

Escolaridad:Licenciatura o Ingeniería (Deseable)

Idioma:Español, inglés (Deseable)

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año Servicio al cliente, Control de Producción, Planeador de Materiales.

Conocimientos:Programar, monitorear y calificar el cumplimiento de las líneas de producción, logrando la máxima eficiencia de las áreas involucradas, vigilando niveles de inventarios y garantizando la entrega de los materiales al almacén, en tiempo y forma para su envío y distribución.

Competencias Conductuales:

•Trabajo en equipo

•Comunicación efectiva

Competencias Técnicas:

•Portales Web de Clientes automotrices y otras industrias
•Excel avanzado
•Lean Manufacturing / WCM
•Core Tools
•APICS (deseable)

•SAP (deseable)

Principales tareas y responsabilidades:

•Analizar la demanda de los clientes para determinar las horas hombre/máquinas requeridas para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de clientes.
•Planificar operaciones y establecer prioridades en tiempo y en eficiencia.
•Establecer y distribuir los programas de producción a las distintas áreas.
•Determinar y comunicar los cambios de Moldes.
•Planear el uso de los recursos de la compañía de manera rentable y óptima
•Interactuar con otros colaboradores y proveedores en la solución de problemas de Capacidad, entregas a clientes e inventarios
•Validar que el cumplimiento de los programas de producción coincida con el sistema de control de inventarios o ERP
•Participar activamente durante cualquier evento de cambio de ingeniería, de locaciones o alta de nuevos destinos o clientes, dentro de la organización.
•Participar en la planeación y ejecución de los inventarios.
•Parametrización y desarrollo de los módulos del ERP que apliquen a la posición.
