Group Summary:

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO

EscolaridadLicenciatura o Ingeniería (Deseable)

Idioma:Español e Inglés Conversacional (Indispensable)

Experiencia: en servicio al cliente, control de producción, planeador de materiales, analista de embarques.

Conocimientos:Asegurar disponibilidad de los materiales en planta, análisis de la demanda de los clientes y consideraciones internas, seguimiento puntual desde la solicitud del material, hasta el arribo a la planta en tiempo y forma.

Competencias Conductuales:

•Trabajo en equipo

•Comunicación efectiva

Competencias Técnicas:

•Excel avanzado

•ERP / EDI SAP; Incoterms

•Core tolos, Lean Manufacturing

•Amplio conocimiento en comercio Exterior (Deseable)

•Planeación de Producción (deseable).

•Control de inventarios

•Análisis de la demanda

Principales tareas y responsabilidades:

•Emitir Reléase a proveedores

•Asegurar disponibilidad de materiales de forma oportuna para la producción

•Control de inventarios mediante la optimización de requerimientos a proveedor.

•Análisis, determinación de las tendencias y forecast de la demanda

•Seguimiento a arranque de proyectos y fin de vida del producto.

•Gestionar las relaciones generales con los transportistas y número adecuado de estos

•Administrar Supply web

•Interactuar con otros colaboradores y proveedores en la solución de problemas.

•Emitir penalizaciones a proveedores y asegurar que el SCORECARD

•Asegurar que los proveedores envíen la documentación de acuerdo con los requerimientos para su recibo.

•Seguimiento a Cambios de ingeniería y actualizaciones de BOMs

•Parametrización y desarrollo de los módulos del ERP que apliquen (RPSs, etc)

•Utilizar apropiadamente donde aplique el sistema de control de planta ERP

•Contribuir a la mejora continua, de acuerdo con lo solicitado por la organización

•Optimización de rutas (cubicajes).

•Mantener KPIs mensuales en base a las necesidades del negocio.

•Cumplir con el reglamento interno del trabajo; usar correctamente su EPP y cumplir con el código de vestimenta; cumplir con los lineamientos de seguridad y salud aplicables.
