A role you will love

As a Plan Specialist you will be at the heart of our Share Plans operations, taking end-to-end ownership for the administrative lifecycle of equity and deferred compensation plans to our international client base.

You will leverage our industry leading platform, EquatePlus, to manage complex plan events. As a Plans Specialist you will develop strong operational knowledge of the Share Plans industry in a dynamic function and team requiring strong operational discipline, global cross-functional collaboration, and work directly with some of our international and well-known corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative services for client equity compensation plans, including the execution of client events such as Vesting, Maturity, Awards Share Delivery, Leaver Processing, Eligibility, Enrolment, and Contributions.
  • Own, develop, and implement processes for operational activities, while seeking improvements.
  • Strictly adhere to the Compliance and Risk framework.
  • Support the onboarding of New Business onto EquatePlus.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, gaining and maintaining strong technical knowledge to provide expert advice to the wider business and client base.
  • Responsibility for the structured planning, execution, and close monitoring of processes to identify delivery issues and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting agreed SLAs.
  • Relevant Professional Experience ideally within professional services, banking or within a client facing operational position.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level and above), with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
  • The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across various virtual teams and managers throughout the organization.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work closely with projects designed to radically overhaul processes and operational delivery is a strong advantage.
  • A good understanding of deferred compensations & benefits or pension schemes, or product expertise would be beneficial but not essential.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is PLN 8,400 - 8,700 Monthly (Gross)
