The Role

We’re seeking a confident NDIS Plan Manager to join
our Plan Management team in Lismore. Reporting to the Plan Management Team
Leader, this role supports NDIS participants to manage their plans, budgets and
service agreements while ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements.

This is a 12 month fixed‑term role, available part‑time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide NDIS Plan Management support to participants and stakeholders
  • Monitor NDIS budgets and expenditure
  • Develop
    and manage service agreements
  • Respond
    to Plan Management enquiries and referrals
  • Prepare
    reports for the NDIA as required
  • Maintain
    accurate records and ensure legislative compliance
  • Work
    ethically, confidentially and collaboratively within the team

About You

You are organised, people‑focused and comfortable working
independently. You understand the NDIS, value person‑centred practice, and
enjoy working in a supportive, team‑based environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Understanding
    of the NDIS and Plan Management
  • Strong
    organisation and communication skills
  • Ability
    to respond calmly in complex situations
  • Proficiency
    in Microsoft Office
  • Current
    NSW Driver Licence
  • NDIS
    Worker Orientation Module
  • Mandatory
    COVID Infection Control Training

Desirable

  • Qualifications
    in Bookkeeping, Accounting or Community Services
  • Experience
    managing or reviewing NDIS plans
  • Knowledge
    of the NDIS Price Guide
  • Experience
    with PRODA and myGov
  • Financial
    administration or reporting experience

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
