individuals and families for 50 years.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Plan Management Officer is responsible for supporting NDIS participants with the financial administration of their NDIS plans. This role involves processing provider invoices, monitoring participant budgets, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all claims comply with NDIS guidelines. The Plan Management Officer plays a key role in helping participants maintain choice and
control over their supports by delivering efficient, transparent and reliable financial intermediary services.
What we do expect from you (not limited to)
·Minimum Certificate III in Accounts Administration or other financial Qualification
·Professional body membership or willing to obtain
·Experience managing client relations and queries
·Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
·Efficient and accurate data entry & ability to work within and between different IT systems
