We are seeking a Plan & Budget Navigator to join our dynamic team. This role supports NDIS participants and internal coordination teams to understand, monitor, and optimise NDIS plan budgets, ensuring participants make the most of their funding and maintain service continuity.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track participant plan budgets across all funding categories
  • Identify and manage risks of overutilisation or underutilisation
  • Provide clear, easy-to-understand budget summaries to participants and coordinators
  • Forecast spend and assist with planning to maximise funding use
  • Educate participants and families about their NDIS plan, funding categories, and service alignment
  • Support coordinators with plan reviews, preparation, and evidence collection
  • Collaborate with finance teams on claims, payments, and budget reporting
  • Flag potential non-compliant spending and support ongoing compliance

Qualifications:

  • A qualification in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in financial planning, budgeting, or a similar role, preferably within the social care sector
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Moving forward 5 years, 360 Health Management now have over 60 staff members that have an abundance of skills, knowledge, and compassion to support you, your family and the community.

We now offer a range of NDIS services and supports with flexibility to tailor your supports to your individual needs.
