We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Placement Officer, on a 6.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £18.01 - £23.75 per hour

Opportunity for a Placement Officer to manage referrals from hospitals and community teams, sourcing suitable domiciliary care services for residents. This fast-paced role requires strong coordination, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage referrals from hospital and community teams
• Source appropriate domiciliary care placements
• Liaise with care providers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and update systems
• Ensure timely and effective placement of services

Qualifications:

• GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths

Essential Requirements:

• Strong IT skills and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
