About the Job:
The purpose of this role is to support the account achieve its objectives by attracting and engaging people to apply in the organization. This person will build positive impression of the recruitment process and will be responsible to recruit the right people who will fit into the culture and goals of the company.

10. Administrative Tasks:
11. Conduct weekly meetings with the clinical director to review placement hiring statistics and
address any issues or challenges that may arise.
12. Perform audits for paycodes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and
procedures.
13. Oversee the placement process, including confirming and verifying end-of-week statistics to
ensure data integrity and accuracy.
14. Provide assistance to staff and candidates with placement-related issues, offering guidance
and support as needed.
15. Generate and run onboarding reports to track the progress of new hires and ensure a
smooth transition into their roles.
16. Conduct weekly audits for Behavior Technician (BT) cancellations and prepare cancellation
reports for review and analysis.
17. Generate Deactivation Reports for BTs who have not been billed for two consecutive weeks,
ensuring timely identification and resolution of inactive BTs.
