What you’ll do:
As a Sourcing Operations Analyst, you will act as a key enabler for sourcing activities, combining execution with analytical support, contributing to improve processes in a dynamic and high-demand environment. If you are proactive, have a strong process mindset and enjoy working with data and cross-functional teams, you’ve just found it! In detail, you will:
- Support sourcing specialists by operating cross-product category administrative activities across Latin America, engaging with internal stakeholders to assist suppler-related processes;
- Track, consolidate, structure and maintain data to generate reports and support decision making;
- Assist performance tracking to product categories through dashboards and reports;
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Proven track record with data analysis and reporting, preferably in Procurement/Sourcing activities;
- Advanced Office Suite and Power BI skills;
- Intermediate English.
Where you’ll be:
You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux Group operations, this plant is the base for over 3000 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
