The focus of the following position is to provide support on the activities related to virtual analysis and data acquisition on Local and Global projects to several diverse groups of AGCO’s products, contributing with practical solutions to enhance the development of the products. In conjunction to those key-activities, effective participation in groups responsible for the elaboration of procedures and norms that add value to the process and products.

Key Responsibilities

• The professional will work on technical tasks being technical reference of the team. It will have as a key-activity the responsibility of manage and conduct the requested computational analysis under his responsibility, i.e. structural durability; fluid dynamics; systems; topologic and parametric optimization; etc, looking forward to ensure support and quality on the validation of products in the earliest phases of NPI.
• The professional will also be responsible of develop and publish reports based on the results acquired during the performed analysis; participate in multifunctional product development groups in order to plan the activities and assure the adequate support for the Locals and Global projects. In parallel, will work in local and global groups focused on the elaboration of standards and procedures for virtual analysis.

Experience and qualifications:

• Degree Mechanical or Metallugical Engineering
  Solid Experience in FEA using ANSYS or Hypermesh or Abaqus or Similar tools of virtual simulation;
• Minimum experience of 05 years in mechanical;
• automotive or agro industries working in virtual analysis area;
• knowledge in Fatigue, NVH, Welding, Structural materials and polymers;
• Desirable knowledge in Star CCM+; DEM
• Desirable knowledge in 3D modeling;
• Desirable experience in DFMEA & DVP;
• Desirable experience in DAQ and field test instrumentations functionalities
• Fluent in English.
