Short Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Purchasing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing tooling suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality tooling solutions that support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for tooling and related services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company budgets and business objectives.
  • Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, cost, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams to ensure requirements and technical specifications are met.
  • Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities to support procurement strategies and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supply chain and supplier-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tooling procurement within the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis, procurement strategies, and automotive quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
