Key Responsibilities

• Manage direct offline media buying across TV, radio, OOH/DOOH and print.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms directly with media owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media suppliers.
• Plan and execute offline media campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum exposure.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize media spending.

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in direct offline media buying.
• Strong preference for candidates with a media house or media agency background.
• Proven experience in direct negotiations with media owners and suppliers.
• Strong network of contacts within the Polish offline media market.
• Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of media pricing.
• Ability to independently manage media buying processes and budgets.
• Fluent Polish and good command of English.
