As a HR Process Specialist you execute the end-to-end HR processes for the Polish market, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle. The role requires openness to cross-process collaboration and continuous learning beyond a single HR stream.

What you will be doing:

Operational:

  • Execute daily HR operations across all stages of the employee lifecycle (hire to retire), including onboarding, changes, offboarding, and personnel administration for PL market.
  • Ensure payroll input and output preparation and validation (data accuracy, deadlines, compliance with Polish regulations).
  • Maintain employee data in HR systems in line with Polish labour law and internal standards.
  • Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries (written and verbal).

Process & Quality:

  • Follow existing SOPs and work instructions.
  • Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities and proactively escalate them.
  • Support updates of SOPs and work instructions based on process changes or learnings.

Collaboration & Mindset:

  • Collaborate with other HR streams ( offer, payroll, facilities, HR BP) to ensure end-to-end process continuity.
  • Actively participate in cross-process knowledge sharing and backup coverage.
  • Demonstrate openness to learning tasks outside the primary assigned stream.

Compliance & Risk Awareness:

  • Apply Polish labour law knowledge and internal compliance rules in daily operations.
  • Flag risks or unclear cases to ensure full legal compliance

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in HR operations and Payroll for Polish Market,
  • Polish language at a fluent level and English at minimum B2 level (higher proficiency is an advantage).

Advanced understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes and payroll inputs

  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Openness to change, learning, and cross-functional work.
  • Experience with global HRIS platforms (Workday) and case management tools (ServiceNow or other).
