Our Client is an international retail organization operating a large network of stores across Europe. The company is looking for an experienced Facilities Management professional to coordinate service requests, support store operations and ensure effective cooperation with external service providers. Facilities Management Coordinator /Poland-based/ PL/2609/FMCO Main responsibilities (but not restricted to): Coordinating Facilities Management service requests from creation through resolution and closure Monitoring open tickets, following up with suppliers and ensuring timely progress Acting as a key contact between stores, service providers and internal FM stakeholders Maintaining accurate ticket records, documentation and system updates Escalating critical or recurring issues and supporting service quality improvements Monitoring supplier performance and supporting reporting and daily FM operations Requirements: Previous experience in Facilities Management, Service Desk, Helpdesk, Customer Service or Service Coordination Experience with ServiceChannel or a similar ticketing / work-order management system Strong prioritization and time-management skills Very good organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Fluent English; proficiency in another European language would be considered an advantage We offer: Opportunity to work in an international business environment Cooperation with stores, external service providers and Facilities Management stakeholders across the organization A role combining service coordination, supplier communication and operational Facilities Management support Opportunity to develop professional skills within an international organization To get more details about the position and the project, please send an email to: patrycja.komornik@propertytalents.com
