职位描述
岗位职责 1. 整机结构方案主导：负责人形机器人整机结构方案的规划、设计与评审，统筹整机布局、结构强度、散热、EMC等系统级设计 2. 结构团队管理：带领结构工程师团队（3-5人），分配任务、把控进度、输出评审，确保关键节点按时交付 3. 跨部门协同：与硬件、嵌入式、算法、测试、NPI等团队紧密协作，推动结构方案落地及可制造性优化 4. 供应商对接：主导关键结构件的供应商选型、工艺评审和成本把控 5. 设计标准建设：建立和完善整机结构设计规范、评审checklist和仿真验证流程 6. 问题闭环：主导结构相关技术问题的定位、根因分析和解决方案落地
职位要求
任职要求 1. 学历：本科及以上，机械工程、机械设计、自动化等相关专业 2. 经验：5年以上结构设计经验，其中至少2年整机结构主导或团队管理经验 3. 专业背景： - 有完整的整机结构开发经历（从概念设计到量产导入） - 熟悉结构强度分析、散热设计、EMC结构设计、防护设计（IP/防爆）等 - 有机器人、智能硬件、消费电子等复杂机电产品整机结构经验优先 4. 工具能力：熟练使用 SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA 等3D建模软件，熟悉有限元分析工具（ANSYS / Abaqus等） 5. 软实力： - 较强的系统思维和全局视野，能在性能、成本、可制造性之间做出合理权衡 - 良好的沟通协调能力，能推动跨团队达成共识 - 自驱力强，适应创业节奏
