🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You are responsible for delivering outstanding pizzas while maintaining the highest quality standards:

• Prepare, stretch and bake pizzas following Big Mamma recipes and techniques

• Manage dough preparation, fermentation and portioning

• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation throughout every service

• Operate and manage the pizza oven efficiently during busy services

• Organize mise en place and maintain your workstation

• Support and guide junior members of the pizzeria team

• Monitor product quality and minimize waste

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

💡 What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo in a professional kitchen

• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation and oven management

• Ability to manage service independently in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for authentic Italian pizza and high-quality ingredients

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues

• Reliable, organized and proactive approach
