In our restaurant Coccodrillo in Berlin, you’ll be part of a team where quality, speed and consistency go hand in hand.
🚀 Your role & impact
As a Pizzaiolo, you take ownership of your station and product quality:
Prepare and cook pizzas following our standards
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation at all times
Manage timing and speed during service
Maintain and monitor equipment performance
Control storage and preservation of ingredients
Keep your station clean and organized before, during and after service
👉 You are responsible for delivering one of the core experiences of our menu.
💡 What we’re looking for
Experience as Pizzaiolo or in a similar kitchen role
Passion for Italian cuisine and quality products
Good technical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
Team spirit, reliability and energy
👉 German or English required; Italian is a plus

Big Mamma Group is an Italian restaurant company founded in 2015 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger, with one simple dream: changing people's lives with food.
