· Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε fine dining ή luxury περιβάλλον
· Άριστη γνώση τεχνικών ζύμης, fermentation και ψησίματος σε φούρνο ξύλου ή πέτρας
· Δημιουργικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματισμός
· Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
