We are looking for a Pizzaiolo to join our client's team and will be guided and supported by an experienced Head Chef.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is an enterprise dedicated to establishing a number of restaurants offering tasty food with only the best ingredients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cooking a variety of pizzas according to their restaurant’s recipes and standards.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a similar post in Malta.

  • Be familiar with wood-burning ovens.

  • Be familiar with hand opening of pizza dough.

  • Familiar with Pizza and Mediterranean food.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Candidates should expect to produce a clean police conduct certificate if selected for client interview.

  • Non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.

EDUCATION
Possess training from any reputable Culinary schools.

WORKING TIME
Shift basis; Monday to Sunday - two days off (depending on the roster), 40 hours per week.
