Charleston Hospitality Group is opening a hot new pizza concept!
We are seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to oversee the opening and day-to-day operations at our newest location in Charleston and Savannah! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone interested in pre-opening and openings, building a team, and creating systems in a company that offers many resources and support.
We are a growing company with 3 uniquely designed, privately owned and managed, wood fired pizza joints, and traditional deck ovens. We offer thoughtful, seasonal, and chef driven food at a reasonable price.
We make ourselves available to our community in many ways. We change our menu often, we curate amazing beverage programs that are different at every location, and our wine list is small but mighty. We listen to good music.
We encourage our staff to be individuals and express their style. We make our own dough, we hand stretch our pizzas and we are driven by hospitality, art, and being a positive force in the community. This is a ground floor opportunity for someone to drive a new concept from the ground up.
First unit is built and ready to operate in Charleston, SC.
The intention is to build connections with guests, team members, and the community to create a loyal following, increase sales substantially over the previous years’ sales, keep costs at or below budget and assist with maintaining a great working environment and reputation. It is important to ensure employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the safety of our staff or guests or the procedures of each brand. Qualifications

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
