As an Insider (Pizza Maker), you are a key part of the team responsible for delivering a Five-Star Guest Experience. You’ll work across multiple stations in the store and learn how our operation functions as a system — not just a job.
Every JDV Pizza, dba Marco’s Pizza, team member is trained to understand what leadership looks like in our organization.
From day one, you’ll begin learning the expectations, habits, and standards required to grow into a Shift Leader role.
Prepare Marco’s menu items according to brand recipes and quality standards
Work multiple stations, including dough prep, makeline, cut table, phones, and registers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support teammates during busy shifts by working with urgency and focus
Provide friendly, professional service to Guests
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Learn and practice the leadership behaviors expected of future Shift Leaders
Must be at least 16 years of age
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work at a steady, diligent pace during busy periods
Coachability and openness to feedback
Strong teamwork mindset
Reliability and consistency
