We’re seeking a dependable On-Call Caregiver to provide personal assistance and support to residents at Pitzer Lodge, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in a warm, home-like environment.

What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, mobility, and meal support.
Respond promptly to call lights and other resident needs.
Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition.
Build meaningful relationships to promote a supportive, homelike atmosphere.
Support team initiatives, safety practices, and quality care standards.
Assist in dining, activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
Genuine concern and compassion for older adults.
Ability to communicate clearly in English.
Reliable, professional, and flexible for on-call shifts.
Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred.
Maintain current CA Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
Maintain a current first aid card.
