For our growing Pitching Hub team at the Linklaters office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for a Pitch Coordinator role.
About the Team
Join our global team responsible for developing client-focused pitch materials and supporting business growth initiatives. Collaborating with the Business Development & Marketing department, you will ensure our pitches are competitive, meet deadlines, and align with client objectives, acting with a continuous improvement mindset.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting with developing pitch documents, incorporating sector/industry information, client research, and competitor analysis.
Supporting with analysing industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure pitches are competitive, innovative, and relevant.
Assisting with tracking pitch outcomes to identify successes and areas for improvement, and update pitch systems ensuring pitch information is correct.
Ensuring the use of best practice materials such as successful pitch strategies, templates, and case studies.
Assisting with the pitch development process, using tools and software such as automated templates and data-driven insights.
Supporting with the delivery of the pitch process from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
Assisting with developing value propositions that highlight the Firm's strengths and align with the client's objectives and challenges.
Supporting with the delivery of low-priority or straightforward pitches, from initiation to submission.
Apply if you:
Have experience in supporting pitch or proposal development, preferably in a professional services environment (ideally legal).
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication in English (C1/C2 mandatory)
Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint. Experience in Salesforce and the Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial.
Show strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Have experience working to tight deadlines and possess strong multitasking, project management, and knowledge of research methodologies and data collection for competitive analysis.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Law or Marketing degree is beneficial.

The Team
You will be welcomed into Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) Business Development and Marketing (BDM) as a key part of the team. The Pitching Hub sits within LGS BDM and, together with LGS BDM as a whole, forms part of the firm’s global BDM function. It is a core contributor to revenue generation by supporting our client pitch activity across practices, sectors and regions.
BDM at Linklaters is a globally diverse group of specialists dedicated to driving revenue growth, nurturing our priority client relationships and strengthening the firm’s reputation. As part of the Pitching Hub, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Colchester, Warsaw and the wider global BDM community. The team works in a collegiate way, with a strong focus on teamwork, knowledge sharing and supporting one another through busy periods.
Together with our lawyers, the global BDM function creates, develops and delivers business development and marketing initiatives that support the firm’s strategic priorities. Within that, the Pitching Hub plays a critical role in helping the firm win new mandates and deepen client relationships through high quality, consistent pitch support.
