Job Description

Our client is looking for a Regional Manager to support and develop boutique security programs and initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible building programs which protect the most sensitive information for key stakeholders. This role will oversee initiatives to increase operational effectiveness and solve tough enterprise challenges within the Global Security Investigations & Intelligence (GSII) – Privacy Protection team. The position will be in EMEA with up to 40% international travel required.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, build, and develop a program to deliver services, risk assessments, and education to the business, enabling the Security team to scale capabilities while empowering our client’s rapid innovation and growth
• Find practical solutions to standardize and scale across our client's vision (CEO’s, CFOs and COOs)
• Define metrics to track Program Management progress and maturity for various stakeholders
• Communicate status to internal teams and assist teams in unblocking progress to goals
• Responsible for people & vendor management, quality assurance, and continual feedback
• Provide leadership to effectively collaborate with and influence organizations that connect with Global Security, while establishing smooth hand-offs between teams
• Establish and foster strong working relationships with various stakeholders and teams
• Work to align tactical programs with large strategic objectives
• Define and document the end-to-end business processes currently used, design and develop scalable solutions that meet the goals and objectives of our Security operations while streamlining and scaling the process– optimization is key
• Develop and implement key performance indicators to track progress to goal
• Focus on growing and building a strong, productive, and satisfied team
• Highlight opportunities for significant operational improvements and lead high impact, cross-functional initiatives with measurable results
• Work with internal team to understand and perform the day to day work of our Security programs in order to implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements • Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely manner to program stakeholders
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics around performance by mining data analytically and extracting impactful operational insight
• 30% of required work may be performed “after hours”

What You Will Need To Succeed:

• Relevant career and educational experience
• Verifiable Project Management experience of 3-5 years
• Has a passion to learn and curiosity for how things function.
• Experience handling a number of tasks while demonstrating ownership to drive tasks and issues to completion
• Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards and metrics around performance by mining data analytically and extracting operational insight
• Should have a working knowledge of corporate structure, business, and finance
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of employees with experience in Project Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value managing scalable solutions
• Experience moving from strategy to execution and delivering results while managing multiple tasks
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana
• Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational experience
• Organizational and coordination skills along with multitasking experience to get things done in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
• Ability to think outside of the box and to work in a fast paced, dynamic global environment.
• Highly self-motivated and directed professional with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, manage projects to drive results, and follow-up are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to represent the Compliance function and to effectively work with stakeholders to improve processes and relationships.
• Experience in coordinating information security projects
