About the role
Provide high-quality, community-based nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, supporting Victoria’s health-led response to public intoxication. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment, care planning, health education, and service coordination, delivering culturally responsive care to vulnerable community members. This role involves shift work, including evenings and weekends.

Your duties include:
• Deliver nursing services, assessment, and health monitoring to clients in the clinic as required
• Provide appropriate evidence-based nursing treatment and care to clients
• Implement health assessments and goal-directed care plans with cohealth clients as appropriate
• Supervise and delegate to enrolled nurses as per the NMBA guidelines

Our ideal candidate:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Completion of training in the facilitation of supervision and/ or reflective practice
• Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working with Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
