What you will do:
As our Piping BIM Engineer (1 year contract), you will:
Create accurate 3D BIM models of piping systems, including pipes, fittings, valves, and equipment, based on P&IDs, engineering specifications, and site sketches.
Produce 2D layouts, isometrics, shop drawings, and detail drawings directly from 3D models.
Develop and maintain Revit project-specific M&E families and annotations, libraries, and templates.
Ensure all models and drawings adhere to company standards, Singapore BIM standards (BCA), international codes (e.g., ASME, ASTM).
Create 3D BIM models of piping systems, equipment
To produce 2D AUTOCAD drawing but not limited to equipment layout, foundation drawing, piping layout, isometric drawing and other shop drawing
To ensure all the design/proposal drawing are in accordance to specification or statutory requirement.
To assist/prepare all As-built drawing and final drawing for submission.
Extract material schedules and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from the model to support costing
Other relevant adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
What we look for:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
2–5+ years in piping design, drafting, or BIM modeling
Autodesk Revit MEP: Advanced proficiency required.
AutoCAD: Proficient.
Understanding of piping layout principles, material selection, and 3D visualization
Experience with prefabrication or shop drawings.
Familiarity international code like ASME , ASTM
Relevant site experience is a plus.
