We are looking for a Junior/Middle Pipeline Technical Artist.

Your day-to-day:

Build and operate pipeline tools and backend systems for VTuber and real-time 3D content production.

• Develop production management Backend/Web API/Database systems
• Build DCC automation tools for Maya, MotionBuilder, Blender, etc.
• Develop asset integration and validation tools for Unreal Engine Unity
• Optimize rendering, assets, memory usage, and runtime performance in Unreal Engine/Unity
• Integrate production management systems such as ShotGrid, ftrack, and Kitsu
• Automate production data and version management workflows
• Provide technical support to artists and maintain internal production tools

Your background:

• 2+ years of experience in Pipeline/Tools development
• Experience developing DCC tools and automation workflows using Python
• Experience developing tools for Unreal Engine or Unity using C++/C#
• Experience with profiling and real-time content optimization in Unreal Engine/Unity
• Experience with REST APIs and relational databases
• Solid understanding of 3D content production pipelines and real-time rendering
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across Art, Tech, and Production teams

It's a big plus if you:

• Experience with FastAPI, Vue, Docker, or Linux environments
• Experience integrating ShotGrid/ftrack/Kitsu APIs
• Experience with Unreal/Unity plugins or C++ development
• Knowledge of rendering, shaders, material systems, and GPU/CPU optimization
• Experience with Perforce, Motion Capture, or VTuber production
• Experience integrating AI production workflows such as ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion
• English communication skills; Korean is a plus
