Technical SDR – Generación de Demanda Vacante Pipeline

Objetivo del Rol

Technical SDR tiene como objetivo identificar, contactar, calificar y nutrir prospectos que se alineen con el Perfil de Cliente Ideal generando Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) para el equipo de ventas.

Este rol combina un fuerte conocimiento técnico/comercial con habilidades de generación de demanda,

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Prospección inbound y outbound de cuentas y contactos estratégicos.
  • Calificación técnica y de negocio de leads y oportunidades.
  • Entendimiento profundo del contexto tecnológico del cliente (arquitectura, stack, retos técnicos).
  • Ejecución de conversaciones consultivas de preventa temprana, identificando necesidades y casos de uso.
  • Nutrición de leads hasta su conversión en SQL.
  • Trabajo colaborativo con equipos de marketing, ventas y preventa.
  • Documentación clara del contexto técnico y comercial de cada oportunidad.

Perfil Académico

  • Ingeniería de Sistemas / Informática/Ingeniería Electrónica o Eléctrica
  • Marketing / Administración de Empresas
  • O carreras afines con sólida base en Tecnologías de Información

Experiencia Requerida

Experiencia en generación de demanda B2B en entornos tecnológicos.

Perfil comercial. Prospección, llamados en frío y desarrollo de oportunidades.

Experiencia o fuerte exposición a roles técnicos de preventa.

Haber participado en implementaciones tecnológicas, proyectos técnicos o despliegues de soluciones.

Conocimiento de ecosistemas de innovación de startups.

  • Alta curiosidad técnica y capacidad de aprendizaje continuo.
  • Resiliencia y disciplina para roles de alta exigencia comercial.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto con perfiles técnicos como de negocio.

  • Orientación a resultados y mindset consultivo.

As a Telesales Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with outbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
