We are seeking a Pipeline and Business Analyst to oversee pipeline operations and subsidiary KPI management across our European B2B business, driving sales efficiency and strategic execution through data-driven analysis and strong AI utilization skills.

Your Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting the B2B Sales organization's achievement of performance targets through Salesforce-based pipeline management, subsidiary-level KPI monitoring, market/competitor analysis, and the application of AI tools to drive operational efficiency. Your Tasks

1. Pipeline Management

• Manage all SFDC (Salesforce) related issues and updates, taking full responsibility for the B2B project pipeline and ensuring data accuracy
• Work closely with Subsidiary/HQ team, supporting all stages and coordinating/driving opportunity-related activities

2. KPI Management & Performance Reporting

• Monitor and manage subsidiary-level KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive performance improvements- Collaborate with partners to create synergies and explore new business opportunities.
• Report pipeline performance on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly), analyzing results against targets to identify areas for improvement

3. Data & Market Analysis

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to support business planning and forecasting

4. Sales Enablement & AI Utilization

• Train sales and marketing teams on how to use SFDC for managing leads, opportunities, and pipeline-related activities
• Proactively apply AI tools (generative AI, data analysis automation, etc.) to data processing, report writing, and market/competitor analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy, continuously refine related workflows, and promote a broader AI-driven work culture across the team

Your Profile

• Experience and confidence in managing a pipeline, preferably using Salesforce
• Experience and confidence in working directly with international sales teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools in real work contexts — proficient in leveraging AI for data analysis, report/document automation, and streamlining repetitive tasks
• Advanced MS Office skills (mainly Excel)
