Introduction

Job Bridge Global is pleased to announce a long awaited opportunity for skilled Pipefitters to join our clients team in 2026. This role offers a chance to work on innovative projects in the Oil and Gas sector across the UK, enhancing your skills while contributing to critical infrastructure.

There are 3 live projects you could end up working on, all of which are landmark jobs in the UK. There are strict requirements. In order to be eligible for shortlisting for a Trade Test in Trinidad, you must meet the requirements below.

Essential Requirements

This job requires extremely experienced and talented Pipefitters. You must have or be:

• Must be a competent Pipefitter. Do not apply if you lack the experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience. Do not apply if you have less, you're time will come.
• Have a smart phone that you can use and an email address that isn't at capacity. A large element of 'surviving' in the UK requires use of a Smartphone.
• A Completely Clean Police Record (COC). You will not pass the security clearance without it. The government will find out and you'll waste everyone's time if you lie. You categorically will not get the job.
• Training Certificates (Not ASME Codes, they're not recognised in the UK). We need your YTEPP, NESC or similar training certificate. Do not apply if you do not have them.
• Resume. Must be up to date. Must not be a scanned image. Must be editable so we can redact personal information.
• You will require at least £500 available for your own use if you get the job. That will see you able to get by until the first paycheck. JBG and the employer will not be providing cash advances.

The above might be straight to the point, but there is reason to be. The paperwork must be thorough. No exceptions. Some of the projects require Counter Terrorism Clearance, they will leave no stone unturned, and neither should you if you wish to get the job.

This is the job of a lifetime, in a world where immigration rules are tightening and overseas work is becoming harder and harder, and Visas are becoming more and more expensive. The UK Visa is the most expensive in the world, hence why only the best candidates will be tested, and potentially offered work.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems following industry standards and safety practices.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and other trades to complete projects on time.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets local and national safety standards.
• Document work progress, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Complete necessary safety training and pass a trade test.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Valid trade certification or equivalent qualification in Pipefitting or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Pipefitter in an industrial environment.
• Strong capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various pipe materials, fittings, and systems.
• Experience in using industry-related tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project requirements.
• Ability to successfully meet Drug and Alcohol testing requirements.
