Job Description

Join our team as a Pipefitter and play a key role in delivering high-quality industrial piping projects. In this hands-on position, you'll ensure safety and quality compliance, manage material and equipment deliveries, and support project documentation from start to finish. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience in industrial piping installation, welding, or fabrication, and are confident reading blueprints, maintaining inventory, and collaborating effectively on-site.

What You'll Do

• Follow all CIMCO safety and quality procedures and help foster a culture of safety on-site
• Assist the Superintendent with preparing and coordinating site material and consumable deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Receive, inventory, and document equipment and material deliveries; report any discrepancies
• Ensure welds are cleaned, stenciled, clear coated, and inspected daily
• Generate detailed weld maps and submit them to the Superintendent
• Verify project documentation is followed and assist with red-lined as-built drawings
• Perform material takeoffs and identify rental equipment needs as required

What You Bring

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in industrial piping, welding, or fabrication
• Technical or vocational training in welding, fabrication, or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures
• Proficiency in material handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of welding techniques and quality assurance standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
