Aureol Global Connections is seeking 2 experienced Pipefitter Supervisors to lead our skilled pipefitting team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and adhere to all safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of pipefitters to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Review project specifications and blueprints to establish a clear understanding of installation requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and best practices.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
• Resolve any issues that arise during installation and maintenance activities promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align on project goals and resource needs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.
• Document project progress and provide reports to management as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in pipefitting is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pipefitter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications in pipefitting.
